Reviews & Reputation
What clients say, and
what the record says.
A roofing company can claim anything. Two things are checkable: the reviews people leave under their own names, and the complaint record a bureau keeps whether we like it or not. Both are below, with sources.

In their words
The themes that come up on every job
Insurance documentation that holds up, sites that stay livable, and one person who answers the phone. Those are the three things clients bring up unprompted.
“Page and his team were amazing. They made a process that could have very easily been overwhelming, clear and easy. We went through insurance for our roof, and he not only helped to relay information back and forth with insurance, but made sure we understood every step and decision along the way. He was always quick to answer our questions, and whenever we had a concern he handled it personally. If you need a roof, he's the best!”
“Jeff was awesome. He broke down every penny and explained everything from the insurance company. They also were fast with their job and left nothing behind. He save us a bunch of money and the work looked amazing.”
“Jeff did an amazing job for my wife and I when we got hail damage on our house. He made sure that we got everything fixed and that insurance didn't short us on anything. We had the roof, solar, and windows replaced. I would highly recommend Jeff and Universal Solutions.”
“having our roof replaced by Universal Soolutions CO as painless a process as it could be. Jeff Quimby was a single point of contact, was always available, and kept us up-to-date on every step of the way. we knew from the beginning what our insurance company would cover and what our payment would be. overall, it was an excellent process.”
“Jeff at Universal Solutions is Amazing! This Company is the best in the business! Honest, very professional and knowledgeable. Jeff has over 17 years of experience with roofing certification, roof replacement and repairs. I highly recommend …”
“My experience getting a new roof with Universal Solutions was exceptional. They responding very quickly to inspect my roof, provide a quote and worked smoothly with my insurance claim representative. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend them.”

How we earn them
Nobody leaves a five-star review because of a follow-up text
Reviews are downstream of the work. Here is what has to be true on the job site before we ask anyone for one.
One name on the phone
The same person who walked the property answers when you call mid-project. Nobody gets handed to a call center after the contract is signed.
The scope is written before anyone shows up
You get the line items and the budget in writing. If the number moves, you hear why before the work happens, not on the final invoice.
The site gets reset every evening
Debris hauled, driveway usable, magnet sweep for nails. Occupied sites get noise and access windows agreed before mobilization.
The punch list closes before we ask for anything
We walk the finished work with you, fix what is on the list, and hand over the warranty and permit paperwork. Only then do we ask how it went.
What we will not do to get a review
- Pay for reviews, or trade a discount or gift card for one.
- Write a review for you, or hand you a draft to post.
- Ask for a review before the punch list is signed.
- Hide a bad one. If we get one, the fix happens in public.
A perfect rating collected the wrong way tells you nothing, and a contractor with a hundred purchased reviews and no permit history is a worse bet than one with honest reviews and a permit record you can check. Check the permit records too.
Worked with us?
Leave an honest one
If we did the job right, a few sentences under your own name helps the next homeowner more than anything we can write about ourselves. If we got something wrong, call first — we would rather fix it than read about it.
Something to fix instead? Call (720) 668-1611 or email info@uscopro.com. Problems get cheaper to solve the sooner we hear about them.
Next step
Get a written scope before you commit to anything
The consultation is free and takes about an hour. We walk the property, document what is actually there, and tell you what the work requires — including when the honest answer is that you do not need us yet.
