What we do
Six services. One manager who owns all of them.
Project management is the through-line, not a service we sell on the side. Roofing, storm claims, and concrete are the work; the reason they land on schedule is that one person is holding the scope, the permits, the trade sequence, and the budget in the same head. Hire us for one of these or all of them — the coordination does not change.
Why the coordination matters here
- Front Range permitting is municipal. A contractor licensed in one town cannot pull a permit in the next one over. We hold 10 listed licenses plus 11 more on record.
- 70 permitted projects on record with Colorado municipalities, and 0 BBB complaints since accreditation in March 2023.
The work
What we take on
Every service below runs on the same spine: a written scope before mobilization, permits pulled under our license in your jurisdiction, one named contact, and a site that gets reset at the end of every day.
Full Project Management
New construction, existing repairs, and multi-phase work run through a single point of contact who owns the schedule, the budget, and every trade on site.
- One accountable manager from scope to final walkthrough
- Budget built before work starts, tracked against actuals
- Trade sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- Daily site organization and cleanup standards

Storm Restoration & Insurance Support
Front Range hail claims get denied or underpaid on documentation, not damage. We photograph, measure, and write the scope, then meet the adjuster on the roof.
- Full damage documentation with dated photos and measurements
- We meet your adjuster on site rather than sending paperwork
- Supplement filing when the initial scope misses code items
- Plain-English translation of your claim and deductible

Residential Roofing
Roofing is the work behind most of our permits. Architectural asphalt, Class 4 impact-resistant systems built for Front Range hail, low-slope membrane, metal, and restorative coatings.
- Architectural and dimensional asphalt shingle systems
- Class 4 impact-resistant roofing that can lower premiums
- Low-slope and flat membrane roofing
- Metal roofing, skylights, and synthetic underlayment

Occupied & Operational Job Sites
The specialty most contractors quietly avoid. We phase, stage, and schedule so a family stays in the house and a business keeps its doors open through the work.
- Phased scheduling around business hours and family routines
- Controlled staging, access paths, and daily debris removal
- Noise and disruption windows agreed before mobilization
- Magnet sweeps and site reset at the end of every day
Details and Colorado specifics
Concrete & Flatwork
Driveways, walkways, patios, and structural repair handled inside the same project plan, so concrete does not become a second contractor you have to manage.
- Driveways, sidewalks, patios, and slab repair
- Coordinated with roofing and exterior phases
- Freeze-thaw detailing appropriate to Colorado
- Single invoice, single point of accountability

End-to-End Client Experience
Communication is a deliverable, not a courtesy. You get a named contact, a schedule you can hold us to, and updates before you have to ask for them.
- One named contact for the life of the project
- Scheduled updates, not update-on-request
- Written scope and budget before mobilization
- Closeout walkthrough with a punch list you sign
Details and Colorado specifics
Not on the list? Ask anyway. If it is outside what we do well, we will say so and point you at someone who does it for a living — that is cheaper for both of us than finding out in week three.
Start here
Which service do I need?
Most people arrive with a situation, not a service name. Find the line that sounds like your week.
- Hail or wind just came through and you have a claim to file
- Storm Restoration & Insurance Support
- The roof is at end of life and there is no insurance claim involved
- Residential Roofing
- The job crosses two or more trades, or runs in phases
- Full Project Management
- The house stays lived in, or the business cannot close its doors
- Occupied & Operational Job Sites
- The driveway, walk, or patio is cracking, settling, or heaving
- Concrete & Flatwork
- The last contractor did fine work and then stopped answering the phone
- End-to-End Client Experience
Still two of them at once?
That is normal, and it is the case project management exists for. A hail claim on a house you cannot move out of is storm restoration plus occupied-site phasing plus a roofing scope, and it fails at the seams between them — not inside any one of them. One consultation covers all three; you do not have to sort it out before you call.
Coverage
Every service, across the Front Range
Denver metro out to Boulder and Larimer counties. Licensing is per municipality here, so where we are licensed is a real constraint — not marketing radius.

Do not see your town? Call — the licensing list is longer than the map, and we will tell you straight if a jurisdiction would slow your permit down.
Next step
The consultation is free, and so is the honest answer.
We walk the property, document what is actually there, and tell you what the work requires — including when the answer is a repair instead of a replacement, or waiting until spring. You get a written scope and a real budget before anyone mobilizes.
