Repair or replace — we will tell you which one you have
Not every roof with hail bruising needs to come off. We check mat fracture, granule loss against exposed asphalt, the age and condition of the underlayment, and whether the failures are concentrated at penetrations rather than in the field. If the roof is ten years old with damage confined to one slope and a few boots, that is a repair and we will say so. If the decking is delaminated or the shingles have lost their seal across the whole plane, patching it is money you will spend twice.
- Slope-by-slope assessment rather than a single verdict from the driveway
- Deck condition checked from the attic where access allows
- Honest repair recommendation when the roof does not need replacing
